I believe that many of the issues we face are rooted in “stuck” memories—those caused by any number of painful or traumatic events that continue to cause us distress in our daily lives. This distress may arise in the form of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), and any number of other forms. I believe in developing a collaborative treatment plan with you, built from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach that centers you and your individual needs. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and SFT (Solutions Focused Therapy), and work with people of all genders ages 12+.
